Responsibilities

You will play an important role to:

• Provide administrative support to the trading department.

Responsibilities

· Adjust schedules based on site conditions and propose changes for variances.

· Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties

· Manage all work pass applications eg WP, SP, EP

· Arrange for courses eg CSOC, work-at-height, confinement space

· Managing daily routine operations such as handling phone calls & email correspondence.

· Handle enquiries on all customer service-related issue

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
