The Purchasing Team are responsible for the sourcing and selection of suitable, cost effective and reliable suppliers of aircraft components and business services, able to meet the business requirements.

The Purchasing Executive role will support business inventory requirements, internal and external customers with responsibilities associated with both tactical and strategic purchasing of aircraft components and business services. Ensuring quality is in line with business objectives & policy, on time delivery and contract adherence whilst minimalizing costs. All functions to focus on stock availability, reducing costs and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customers' orders and enquiries and follow through to order fulfilment.
• Purchase inventory of stock and specific customer requirements

General Responsibilities

• Ensure that all services provided by the centres meet or exceed internal standards and quality assurance guidelines.

Licensing and SPARK Certification

• Familiarity with the ECDC Act.
• Familiar with the SPARK QRS-U framework.
• Ensure that all centres comply with regulatory standards.
• Develop action plans to meet Licensing and SPARKS criteria.

Policies and Procedures

• Oversee, track, and monitor the centres' corrective action plans, ensuring that principals, supervisors, and staff follow through and assess the effectiveness of these actions.
• Motivate the team to achieve operational efficiency, maintaining organizational capabilities without compromising quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Knowledge of quality/compliance management and early childhood regulations and standards.
• Experience with quality improvement systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to review data effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or a related role.

Key Job Objective and Job Responsibility:

To properly discharge responsibilities in undertaking Singapore Office general office administration function in order to ensure the facilitation and provision of effective, efficient and reliable administrative logistical support for company with a view to achieving the company’s growth & objectives.

Job Descriptions:

1. To take up the Administration function of the Singapore Office with the objective of providing effective, efficient and reliable administrative support for all divisions / departments of the company.

2. To manage the staff accommodations, as well as office leasing and manage renovation projects of Singapore Office.

3. To review and update Administration Operation Manual (“Admin Manual”) of the Administration Department with the view and objective towards standardization and unification for all group company offices.

4. To ensure the managerial and administrative responsibilities of the Administration Department are in strict compliance with Admin Manual. To conduct review of the Admin Manual at least once a year to ensure the Admin Manual is up to date.

5. To prepare and submit the administrative expenses annual budget for Singapore office in order for the general administration expenses to be incorporated into the overall group company Establishment budget; and to monitor the budget control in co-ordination with all divisions / departments.

6. To manage housing and hotel accommodation arrangements in Singapore, including sourcing the best possible quotations, for visitors and expatriates of the Group.

7. To manage the review of contracts and leases from equipment and service providers, office premises and accommodation providers, etc. for Singapore office.

8. To provide support and coordinate for the company events.

9. To handle and support visa applications and administration work

10. To assist and report to Manager, to provide necessary support in collaborating with the Administration team of all Group company offices.

11. To perform additional duties to meet both the company & department’s needs as desired.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years working experience in administration role

Executive, Group Technology (IT Security)

The Job

Responsible for assisting the Vice President, Group Technology (IT Security) in:

• Ensuring the organization's information systems are fully operational and remain protected from external threats.
• Ensuring the organization complies to all relevant IT related legislative/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for ongoing compliance against relevant IT legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g.PDPA, MAS TRM & PCI) and reporting to IT Management.
• Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for the ongoing compliance against the organizational information security policies, standards and procedures and reporting to IT Management.
• Assist in evaluating and formulating a risk management framework for the embrace of new technologies such as Internet of Things (IOT).

Requirements

• Possess security related certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA, with strong information security knowledge of IT legislations such as PDPA, MAS TRM and PCI, industry Information Security best practices/principles.
• Highly disciplined and diligent in driving deliverables strictly within defined timelines.
• Disciplined in being guided by a set of formalized security policies, standards, procedures and frameworks.
• Logical and methodological, with good planning, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a strong team player.
• Experience in working in companies in bigger setup with various lines of businesses.
