Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content in the APAC region.
- Support corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments, the Management Team, and the Agency.
- Assist in the design, creation and or review of various types of brand assets including brochures, newsletters, videos and power point slides.
- Oversee and manage the corporate branding guidelines at the regional level.
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, advertorials, etc.) including at times high-level public speeches for MPW executives.
- Assist in the crafting of email campaigns.
- Assist in the development and maintain social media profiles and quality content on LinkedIn.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of social media profiles and quality content on LinkedIn to build and maintain MPW’s strong online reputation.
- Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales.
- Manage the APAC website.
- Support executive comms as necessary.
- Support all aspects of industry or company sponsored events including participation and attendance in the APAC region as defined by the company including:
- Identify key industry events in the region.
- Organize MPW-hosted seminars.
- Oversee logistics management of said events, working closely with local markets as necessary.
- Manage event budget.
- Willing to travel about 20%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Communications/Commerce/Economics.
- 4-6 years of experience in Communications and Digital Marketing.
- Strong focus in event management and content development, social media.
- Marketing / Corporate Communications Experience in the power sector or industrial arena is a plus as well as an understanding of technical terms.
- Copywriting and copyediting experience.
- Excellent project and deadline management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of event planning and execution, preferably on a regional scale.
