Creative Marketing & PR Executive (Full-time)

We're looking for someone with a passion for copywriting and content creation who can craft engaging, well-articulated content with ease. You should enjoy writing, have a personable and sincere approach, and thrive in creating compelling messaging that resonates with our audience. In this role, you’ll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, driving reach, engagement, and conversions with our target audience. The Role
Content creation & Copywriting (70%)
- Copywriting for all content including products, captions, articles, linkedIn, EDMs etc accordingly to the brand tone and voice on all channels such as social media, website, linkedIn, EDM and offline stores etc
- Creating and executing creative content through photography, videography, graphic design etc, for all digital platforms
- Generating ideas, developing and executing creative, memorable and meaningful brand campaigns, initiatives and store experiences
- Planning and managing marketing, content and social calendar
Marketing & PR (30%)
- Sourcing, developing of creative merchandise for branding and events
- Preparing proposals and managing negotiations for partnerships and collaborations
- Public relations: Managing partnerships, influencers, press and customer relations
- Managing budget for campaigns and initiatives
- Monitoring, reviewing and tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns, partnerships, initiatives and communications. Consolidating and analysing data to share during team meetings
- Identifying emerging industry trends of consumers to increase customer acquisition, engagement and for customer retention and loyalty
- Developing and managing loyalty programs and community events
- Developing overall digital marketing strategy by setting up, managing and optimising campaigns through ads in various platforms and channels
- Other ad-hoc projects required by the Creative Director
Others
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a related field
- Love for the brand, has clear understanding of the brand and embodies our brand values
- An exceptional copywriting portfolio
- Fluent in English. Grammatically skilled, personable copywriter
- Creative and a good eye for creative aesthetics
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Capcut etc
- Strong interpersonal skills, Independent, takes initiatives and has strong attention to detail
- Has a strong sense of urgency and is able to work in a fast pace environment
