Role: As the Division Internal Communication Manager, the incumbent will:- As key member of Global Wholesale Banking - Division Employee Experience and Communications team, you will build, drive and collaborate with, a team of business reps in Singapore and Overseas Offices, the development of staff engagement strategy, program and calendar and implementation of employee communication and engagement strategies, programs and experiences. Responsibilities: Strategise, build and drive employee experience framework and programs to manage communications and engagement. Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in Singapore and Overseas Offices.
