As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the ideation, scripting, production, shooting and editing of engaging social media content that raises awareness, educates, and advocates against drug abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement a robust content strategy tailored for social media, including for TikTok, to effectively communicate our anti-drug message while resonating with the platform's audience.
• End-to-End Production: Lead the entire content production process, from conceptualisation and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful videos.
• TikTok Account Management: Oversee and manage our TikTok account, leveraging your expertise to optimise engagement, growth, and community interaction.
• Creative Ideation: Generate innovative and attention-grabbing ideas, integrating a sense of humor where appropriate, to drive engagement and convey our message effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and advocacy, to align content creation with organisational goals and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a social media content creation/production role, with demonstrable experience managing and growing TikTok accounts for brands or organisations.
• Content Production Skills: Proficiency in ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging TikTok content.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in shooting using mobile phones and editing using short video editing softwares like CapCut and InShot.
• TikTok Expertise: In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive engagement and virality.
• Passion for Cause: A genuine interest and understanding of anti-drug initiatives, coupled with the ability to translate this passion into compelling and impactful content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end-to-end media preparation for post-production, such as encode, ingest, outgest and housekeeping of all video assets.
• Media traffic management in a centralized editing environment.
• Ensure that the metadata in Production Asset Management system are always optimized.

• Ensure the camera system is set up according to the production plan which include the optical, electronic special effects and autocue system.
• Perform creative camera work and able to offer alternative angles for production needs whenever required on various operational modes (i.e Tracks, Tripods, or Handheld). Knowledge in Jibs, Underwater and Steady Camera.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer shall plan and install delivery links to send the audio video feeds from the event sites to the designated location(s) by deploying suitable technologies. He is to ensure the feed received at the designated location is of broadcast quality and monitor them throughout the events. He will have to liaise with many parties such as the vendors and building owners during the work. He will also need to maintain all the delivery equipment well to ensure they are always operationally ready.

• Manage projects related to Media Delivery links.
• Establish various types of Media Delivery technologies include cellular bonding technology, optical fiber link, microwave link, IP streaming, Mesh Radio link and etc.
• Set up equipment at outdoor venues and ensure all power supplies requirements are adequate and appropriate for Live operations, that comply with safety regulations.
• Liaise with the agencies and building owners for the approval of use of the premises.
• Work over weekends public holidays and after office hours depending on the job requirements.
