Plan, execute, monitor and control the various Technical aspect of the Project.

Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/network infrastructure projects.

Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively

Provide project documentation and reports

Diagnose and rectify technical issue

Requirements

Minimally with Diploma/Degree in IT/EEE or with a relevant course.

Knowledge in Windows server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment would be an advantage

Knowledge and hands-on experience with Virtualization and Hypervisors, Nutanix platform would be an advantage

Knowledge in VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage

Knowledge in network switches/routers would be an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment

Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking

Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.

2. Lead the team in managing ongoing social media, digital, and creative projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

3. Proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to drive client success.

4. Strategise, plan, and develop end-to-end content in collaboration with the team.

5. Provide guidance to the team on digital and social content, as well as media buying (knowledge of media buying is a plus).

6. Manage community interactions by responding to customer inquiries and appropriately escalating issues on clients’ social media pages.

7. Manage monthly reports to extract actionable insights.

8. Share the latest trends and best practices of social media developments and tools.

9. Identify new business opportunities to contribute to the growth and profitability of the department.

10. Prepare new business proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· Min. 5 years of experience in digital or social media marketing industry

· Good command of English and ability to copywrite

· Attention to detail - proofreading, editing and quality control of content from others

· Ability to create social media content and perform basic design editing using software such as Canva and Capcut

· Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for improved performance

· Proficient in using social media platforms and business suite – Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, Meta business, etc.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive media monitoring across various platforms, encompassing news websites, social media, and other relevant channels (utilising media monitoring tools as necessary).
• Curate and consolidate pertinent content pertaining to the organisation, industry landscape, and trending topics.
• Evaluate media coverage and calculate the Advertising Value Equivalent (AVE) for each selected clipping.
• Prepare and deliver daily media monitoring reports summarising media coverage; with translation when needed.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in PR / Political Science / Media/Communication or equivalent
• Language skills: Fluency in English. Command of another language is considered a plus;
• Knowledge and interest in Communications
• Computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to commit at least 3 months
• Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 12.30pm

1. Pitching and managing media / influencer interviews and queries
2. Researching, writing and distributing media kit materials (i.e. press release, fact sheet, speech) to targeted media
3. Writing and editing in-house publications, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
4. Content creation for social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
5. Monitoring, collating and analysing media/social media coverage
6. Organising events such as media/influencer luncheons, media conferences and media tours
7. Active support in new business opportunities
8. Planning, developing and implementing integrated PR strategies and campaigns (media and social media)

In addition, an Account Manager should be well versed in the following areas

1. Managing accounts and overseeing execution of campaigns
2. Managing and training a team of executives

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A degree and diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies and mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous. Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience is needed for Senior Account Executives and 5 to 7 years for Account Managers.
