Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Ideation:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas.
Translate concepts into scripts, storyboards, or shot lists for production.
- Pre-Production:
Shortlist and recommend casts, locations, art, and wardrobe for projects.
Prepare call sheets, shooting schedules, and necessary documentation.
Liaise with stakeholders to align on project goals and secure approvals.
- Video Shooting & Production:
Operate cameras and other audio/ video equipment to capture high-quality footage.
Lead and manage on-location shoots, ensuring smooth coordination among crew and talent.
Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and ensure all footage aligns with the creative vision.
- Post-Production:
Have basic video editing knowledge.
Brief assigned editor and supervise post-production phase meticulously
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support production logistics.
- Logistics & Project Management:
Manage production budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
Handle day-to-day logistics such as location permits, equipment bookings, and team scheduling.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
● Basic knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting and audio setup.
● Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the entire project lifecycle.
● Attention to detail in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
● Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
● Proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work environments and demonstrates the ability to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
● Creative storytelling skills and an ability to produce content for diverse audiences
● Knowledge of current trends in video content and social media platforms will be an added advantage
● Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or CapCut will be an added advantage
