Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive all matters relating to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) within the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fit-for-purpose ERM framework and policies
• Develop and maintain organisation wide risk appetite including monitoring of adherence to the risk appetite through associated Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Lead and/or support all phases of the design and delivery of the overall ERM plan, including but not limited to risk identification, monitoring, and controlling activities that include threat scanning and KRIs reviews.

Lead and manage our cybersecurity product portfolio for APAC region. This role will be responsible for understanding our solutions, delivering compelling client presentations, and building strong relationships with both clients and partners. • Strong domain knowledge in VPNs, SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Native Security functions such as Secure Web Gateways, Cloud Access Security Brokers, Firewalls, Cloud Sandbox, DLP and Zero-trust Network access.
• Technical solutions offered by various OEMs in the market around SDWAN, ZT and SASE. • Network design, SD-WAN, MPLS from edge to cloud, edge to Hub & Spoke & Mesh Architectures.
• Securely automated cloud connectivity as customers transition to SASE.
• Provide Consultation, Design, Architect, Delivery Phase wise Zero Trust Transformation for Customers from present state to future state.
• Deep product and solution knowledge Product positioning, differentiation across solutions, operational characteristics, integration of multiple cross domain platforms

The Chinese Media Group is seeking a highly motivated Event and Campaigns Coordinator to work on a short-term project for 4 months. You will work with a cross-department project team within the Group to execute and coordinate a range of small-scale initiatives aimed at growing reach and engagement with audiences.

• Prepare, execute and wrap-up small-scale audience outreach initiatives for the Group through conducting physical events and maintaining regular digital communications with initiative participants

As a Sports Journalist, you are expected to cover tournaments and sporting events, gather facts and information through research and interviews, and file news and feature stories in a clear, concise and interesting way in print and on digital platforms.

Requirements

● Degree in relevant fields, preferably with prior working experience in news reporting

● Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent writing and conversational skills as this role is for a Chinese publication;

● Strong interest and passion in sports news and current affairs;

● Self-motivated, driven, reliable and possess an inquisitive mind with a nose for news;

● Able to work independently as well as collaborative across teams;

● Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to changes and irregular working hours;

● Basic photography, videography and video-editing skills would be advantageous.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Young Audience Executive to manage and expand Tamil Murasu’s digital presence among younger audiences. The role involves content creation, social media management, and developing innovative ways to engage with Gen Z and millennial Tamil audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about Tamil culture, fluent in digital storytelling, and adept at creating engaging and visually appealing content.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to attract and retain young audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality social media posts, reels, videos, and other multimedia content that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to align content with Tamil Murasu’s voice and strategic goals
• Manage Tamil Murasu’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and audience engagement
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies and boost reach.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly, fostering a sense of community among followers
• Analyze social media data and produce relevant reports or updates that inform social media content direction
• Brainstorm and produce innovative content formats, including interactive stories, challenges, and gamified elements, to increase audience participation
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into Tamil Murasu’s digital strategy
• Edit videos and images for social media
• Ensure content is optimized for platform-specific requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, captions, hashtags)

Job Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, Journalism, or any relevant fields
• Effectively bilingual (English/Tamil) to be able to cater to the Tamil Murasu audience
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content, ideally for young audiences
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)
• Deep understanding of digital trends and Gen Z content consumption patterns

This role will be on a contractual basis and will end in March 2026.
