Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

· Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective media strategies.

· Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to optimize their marketing efforts.

Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead and mentor a team of media professionals.

· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting the growth and development of team members.

· Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Strategy Development:

· Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with clients' objectives.

· Oversee the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, including Paid Search, Programmatic, Social Media.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.

· Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

· Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

· Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraints.

Stay Informed on Industry Trends:

· Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in media industry.

· Apply industry knowledge to enhance clients' media strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Process/Strategy

- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok).

- Improve the current workflow & optimization processes.

- Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.

Experience required:

· Minimum 6 years of work experience in a digital media and client servicing role.

· Strong technical understanding of Google Ads, Social, Programmatic planning, and implementation.

· Integrated media planning knowledge would be an added advantage (OOH, Radio, TV, etc.).

· Strong communicator - possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

· Team leadership and mentoring experience.

· Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once.

· Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data.

This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team’s branding and marketing efforts for the F&B businesses under the Group in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Foster an in-depth knowledge of the Group and its value proposition
• Assist the marketing team in the direction, planning, development, conceptualisation and development of existing and new in-house brands, including marketing and creative aspects
• Assist with marketing partnerships to expand brand awareness, engagement and drive sales
• Propose and create marketing campaigns, strategies and promotional content to target market and audience
• Manage social media which includes planning monthly calendar, content creation and community management
• Build and maintain a media list by reaching out to media and influencers for RSVPs to tastings/events
• Draft and disseminate press releases and media invites
• Manage customer acquisition, retention, rewards etc. under loyalty app where applicable
• Develop job briefs and providing direction for in-house and external agencies/vendors to meet desired objectives
• Ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business strategies for the group
• Work with key internal stakeholders to align communications objectives
• Manage external agencies to ensure goals and messaging are aligned across all stakeholders and are on track
• Keep up to date on consumer habits and trends, and provide recommendations on consumer perspective and feasibility of business activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned under the Group

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in branding &/or marketing; prior experience in the F&B industry is advantageous
• A hands-on team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
