Position Purpose
To support the Management in developing and driving the overall Allswell brand portfolio strategy, and formulating the annual marketing plans.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop brand development plan & strategy for Allswell
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plan, and marketing campaigns to support overall brand growth and profitability
- Manage overall brand portfolio and product mix to maximize profitability
- Responsible for A&P planning, manage all marketing A&P budget efficiently, and monitor its effectiveness to ensure positive ROI
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators, ensure right actions are taken for KPI to be on track
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop integrated consumer promotions & activations
- Work closely with the sales & channel teams to develop integrated trade marketing activations and ensure consistency in brand image across all distribution channels
- Collaborate with health & wellness organisations to reinforce Allswell’s positioning
- Develop short term and long-term marketing strategies to meet the company’s brand objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and analyse pricing positions and consumer analysis
Qualifications
- Degree in any business-related qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a brand management role, preferably in the FMCG beverage industry and/ or FMCG health & wellness products
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated, pragmatic, analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Strong commercial acumen and innovative with entrepreneurial spirit
