As a Social Media Specialist, he/she will play an important role in developing and executing Social Media strategies to promote Epiklah’s AI Solutions/Applications, engage with the audience, enhance the

company’s brand presence across various platforms, and marketing the bespoke Products/Service of Epiklah to the potential customers and driving revenue growth together with the Management Team.

Work Location: 110 Prinsep Street, Singapore 188654 & remotely from home

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm).

Salary: $2,800 to $3,800; plus Performance Incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop engaging and relevant content that showcases the company’s AI applications, features, and benefits. Optimize profiles, bios, and content formats to maximize visibility and engagement.

 Foster meaningful relationships with our audience, customers, and industry influencers through active engagement and interaction. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and

professional manner.

 Build and maintain Social Media communities for the company’s AI Products/Services, including platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor Social Media of rival products and special occasions to produce high-quality content.

 Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote the company’s AI applications, events, webinars, and product launches.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives and strategies.

 Utilize Social Media analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

 Analyze data to gain insights into audience behaviours, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.

 Use Ad Manager or other Tools to schedule, manage, and target audiences.

 Develop new partnership opportunities with other industries and agencies.

 Monitor and Analyze SEO and Web Traffic metrics, and submit regular reports to Management.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related

field.

 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.

 Experience in handling queries, questions, and feedback related to Social Media operations and promotional matters.

 Innovative, able to work independently, and committed to constant self-improvement.

 Experience in the AI industry and /or Social Media marketing would be a plus.

 Videos production or live streaming experience is a plus.

 Well-developed analytical skills and creative mindset.

 Excellent communication skills in collaborating with clients and colleagues.
