Job Description:

• Develop content strategy for all brands and align with Managing Director
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to set SM KPIs and measure/report performance periodically
• Monthly content calendar for Facebook and Instagram
• Work closely with Marketing to create content (video, photo/image, animation)
• Maintain essential information (profile image, headline, etc.) on Facebook and Instagram
• Execution of daily posting on Facebook and Instagram
• Boost organic posting based on budget aligned with Marketing Managers
• Develop and launch SM advertising campaign based on budget aligned with Marketing Managers
• Develop and execute influencer-led campaigns and monthly activities
• Daily platform customer service management
• Manage overall outreach activities on social media platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor-degree in marketing, business administration or hospitality is desired
• Min 5-year experience in social media management is required, preferably in F&B business
