As we expand, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our team and support our founder in growing the business.
This part-time role is a unique opportunity for someone dynamic, creative, and motivated. You’ll gain hands-on experience in audio production, social media management and copywriting while working on exciting projects, including the relaunch of a client’s podcast and newsletter.
About the Project
We’re partnering with a number of clients to relaunch their podcasts, which spotlights Asia’s vibrant creative industries through the people and projects that bring them to life. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the podcast’s relaunch and supporting their growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Audio Production: Edit podcast episodes and assist with recording.
● Social Media Management: Develop and implement engaging social media strategies, including content creation and scheduling.
● Copywriting: Create compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
● Research: Help with client, competitor and guest research.
Tools and Platforms You’ll Use
● Audio Editing: Descript
● Design: Canva for visual content creation.
● Website Management: Substack, Squarespace (preferred experience)
What We’re Looking For
● Proficiency in audio editing with hands-on experience.
● A creative approach to social media, including content creation and account management.
● A strong interest in podcasts, audio, and marketing trends.
● Experience with website design (preferred).
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● A quick learner who thrives in independent work environments.
● Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to grow professionally.
Role Details
● Commitment: Part-time, 2.5 days per week.
● Duration: Initial contract of 3 months.
● Compensation: Provided.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s Founder and a high-profile client.
