We are a dynamic real estate professional and travel enthusiast seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence.
Our focus is twofold:
1. Promote our real estate business through engaging and informative content on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Create captivating travel video content showcasing unique landscapes and culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook and Instagram tailored to the real estate industry.
• Produce high-quality videos , incorporating storytelling techniques.
• Design visually appealing graphics and edit photos/videos to enhance engagement.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content based on performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to grow our audience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
• Passion for real estate and/or travel content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).
Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week).
• Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience.
