8. To commission regular surveys evaluating and improving the end-to-end external customers’ experience across multiple channels and touch points and internal customers’ trust in products and services.
9. To research on new products and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. On boarding of suppliers onto company’s consumer marketplace
10. To prepare working slides, record minutes accurately, and follow up action items with responsible parties from all meetings.

The Communications Executive will:

• Conduct rudimentary IT/IT-related training
• Create and update training materials
• Coordinate with stakeholders and trainees
• Perform training administration duties e.g. collating training records and preparing reports
• Draft communications for dissemination to the organization
• Assist Head of IT Department in projects and as required
• Undertake any other tasks as needed.

Perform batch upgrade operation(including Upgrading the database files, upgrading the program, and backup data) Perform service verification and observe after implementation. Provides emergency recovery capabilities for mid-range and low-end telecoms products.
5. Good communication skills. End user / Customer facing skills are required And team player.

Education : Degree in Engineering

Certifications : Cisco CCNA /and the likes is a requirement.
