• Preparation and execution of meals
• Traning the helpers in the preparation of kitchen, food, and the setting up of dining area
• Training the helpers in the organization and hygiene of the kitchen and dining area
• Sourcing and procurement of ingredients, kitchenware and utensils
• Planning and execution of meals for events/ parties at the family residence or assigned location when required by the family
• Any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as when required by the familyStock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.

Requirements:

• Experience work as chef
• Specialized in Cantonese, Shanghai cuisines
• Trained Asian Chinese Cooking
• Working with organic wild and fresh produce
• Familiar with nutrition
