2. PRODUCE PUBLICITY AND COMMUNICATION MATERIALS

2.1 Develop and produce industry and corporate brochures

2.2 Develop and produce publicity materials for programmes/events

2.3 Prepare articles for programme/event reporting

2.4 Prepare speeches for events

2.5 Prepare press release programmes/events

2.6 Attend to media enquiries when necessary

3. MANAGE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

3.1 Manage website and social media contents

3.2 Update website and social media contents

4. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

4.1 Provide secretariat support to ASMI Council and committees

4.2 Provide support for ASMI events as and when required

4.3 Attend meetings and record minutes of meetings

4.4 Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by ED

Job Description & Requirements

• Listing products on various marketplaces.
• Manager daily online orders （Lazmall, Shopee, Amazon, Grab, Shopify)
• Answering customer enquiries and follow up unfulfilled orders
• Ensure online stores are updated with new campains and banners
• Impletment digital marketing strategies.
• Propose procurement to restock based on data analysis from various marketplaces
• Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established eCommerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey) such as 11.11, 12.12 etc.
• Verify picking, ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor stock level, arrange stock transfer for e-store from warehouse system.
• Conduct social media and live show projects
• Assist pick and pack during peak periods
• Other adhoc may apply from time to time

Summary of Job Function:

As the Media Marketing Executive (MME) you will be responsible for driving and executing strategies for marketing and sales. Your primary focus will be on growing the readership and advertisement for our publications and the delegates and sponsorship for our conferences. You will also provide sales and marketing support to our associated companies.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Execute campaigns and generate delegate and sponsorship leads, deliver delegate revenue goals, VIP attendees and generate sales including but not limited to the following:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the maritime industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat busines
• Plan, organize, and manage events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our company and generate leads
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the maritime industry, and integrate them into sales and marketing activities
• Utilize various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns, to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Collaborate across functions within the magazines and events project team, ensuring accurate and timely communication and execution of marketing deliverables
• Provide ongoing general support the broader marketing function of associate Companies when required

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience in B2B events or a related field.
• Degree in Marketing or related field/qualification.
• Experience and knowledge of maritime and energy sectors
• Excellent communication and digital marketing skills
• May need to travel overseas for conferences/events
• For candidates with extensive seniority and experience, will be considered for Managerial position.

Digital Marketing

• Plan, develop, create and execute all digital marketing campaigns and social efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing and relevant social media channels in line with marine marketing and branding activities;
• Manage the digital frontage of the company website and social media channels & digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to develop, create content and execute marketing plans, enablement tools such as technical articles;

Brand Management

• Develop compelling content and communications strategies to create brand awareness and strengthen brand identity
• Deliver consistent brand message through content write up and design across all communication channels;
• Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development;

MICE

• To assist with preparation of PPT/ Promotional Decks
• Providing supports to all the media, congress, and internal activities
• Co-ordinating with clients, vendors and managements
• Track related expenditure and budget

Others

• Updating marketing handbook/guidelines.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related discipline
• Preferable min. 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Relevant experience and interest in marine & offshore industry will be advantageous
• Experience with Web analytic tools and SEO/SEM marketing
• Ability to generate creative ideas independently.
• Good Knowledge of MS .Office,Adobe Photoshop, WordPress etc.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a pre-requisite for this role.
• The ability to read and write in Mandarin will be a bonus.
• Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Undertake work performance in a professional and efficient manner using discretion, tact initiative, and confidence in meeting deadline;

Job Description

• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
• Project Management and sites supervision works.
• Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum six (6) years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least five (5) years of experience in the construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.
