As we scale our operations, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our digital products and platform, with a focus on enhancing our customer portal, building a robust data analytics platform, streamlining operations, and supporting international expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute and refine the product strategy for Booksmart’s platform, aligning product development with company growth objectives
• Enhance the customer portal and other digital products by gathering user feedback and prioritizing features that improve the customer experience, operational efficiency, and engagement

Job Responsibilites

• Manage the overall delivery of the infrastructure project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.
• Assign resources to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly and long-term project goals.
