Project Identification

• Periodically review business processes and performance against three parameters (turn around time, ease of use, first time right). Collaborate with various teams within the business (such as sales support, commercial, sales, etc) to identify issues and opportunities; Seek inputs and ideas of how other businesses are facing similar challenges (such as value stream mapping, etc); Identify possible projects and qualify and rank them on their criticality. Along with team member collate statistics to analyze issue and build business case for the project; Identify project managers and team based on the nature of identified issues and relevance to functions.

Program Management

• Review project charters prepared by teams and provide own inputs and guidance; Finalize along with functional representatives project milestones and KPIs; Seek support of various stakeholders in GCS to represent GCS on identified projects; Discuss project charters and milestones at weekly meetings and status on the bi weekly calls for any hurdles or roadblocks; Track success of complete projects against their specific KPIs; Review on a quarterly basis the projects with senior stakeholders from respective functions the projects, their achievements and any hurdles to be resolved; Drive interfunctional coordination for resolution of issues as required.
• Develop along with cross functional team project charter for allocated projects as project manager; Collate supporting information and statistics on the issue; Analyze the issue with project team; Brainstorm with team on possible alternative and finalize feasible solution; Coordinate with IT team for automation of new process if required; Pilot or implement solution and measure success against set KPIs; Develop and if required along with project team conduct training on the new process to the relevant stakeholders.

New Product Launch

• Support launch of new products and services; Identify with cross functional team internal processes that would be affected; Prepare change roll out plan (system codes, product literature, customer order forms, templates, pricing lists, etc); Participate in launch review calls to provide status update, resolve any dependencies; Oversee roll out of change plan and drive course correction where required.

Development Team

• Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; participate in the recruitment and selection process; conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.

Cloud Architect

• Deploy and configure solutions in the cloud.
• Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participates in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions.
• Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts and demonstrations of cloud solutions.
• Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms.

· In general, TDA engineers must be expert level certified in one or more disciplines. Have a broad
understanding across the technical landscape within Telecommunications and Enterprise IT
architectures and have a natural ability to converse with both technical and executive audiences

etc.
· The TDA will own the technical delivery of customer solutions and will be the technical interface

Requirements:

· Current Diploma or Degree student in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant disciplines

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

· Basic knowledge of photography and videography terms like shutter speed, aperture, ISO, frame rate, audio levels

· Basic knowledge in operating Sony Alpha cameras for filming
