The role you'll play:

We are looking for an Account Manager to help drive and deliver excellent communications strategies that inspire clients and engage their target audiences. You will oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, managing upwards and downwards to ensure the consistent delivery of excellent work. You will play an important role in the agency, establishing trust with key clients, supporting senior management by taking ownership of client accounts and providing guidance to junior team members to help them grow and thrive.

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in communications, ideally from an agency
• Knowledge of what is going on in the global healthcare, food and/or nutrition sectors
• Experience in project management, effectively managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• A strong track record in nurturing excellent client and media relations, with outstanding interpersonal skills
• A talented writer with a flair for storytelling

Publicis is hiring for a client-facing role with integrated buying, planning and activation capabilities, covering all analog & digital channels including programmatic & biddable platforms. This role opens up your world to the beauty of media in the advertising world. You will be devising strategies for advertising campaigns so that they reach their target audience and have the intended impact within an agreed budget. This involves understanding the audience, their needs and preferred media and platforms, as well as the brands aiming to reach them. The Senior Integrated Media Manager will report to the Director and is a committed, responsible, and confident lead of his/her campaigns.  He/she will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivering integrated media campaigns, ensuring quality control of the deliverables while staying within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations. The Senior Media Manager will own day-to-day client communication, providing strategic direction and ensuring all campaign objectives/goals are met. Strong leadership skills are also essential.

Expectations of a Senior Integrated Media Manager:

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day-to-day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations
• Apt knowledge & understanding of traditional and digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO
• Have prior platform experience in managing Social, Search and/or Programmatic campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
• Creates strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts

The Media Executive will be assisting the Manager on the planning, coordination and implementation of programmatic and social campaigns for key accounts. You will help ensure that best practices are enforced in campaign delivery.
