Allison+Partners is looking to hire a PR intern to join our growing Singapore office.

Internship job scope:

• Conduct research on behalf of clients
• Conduct entry-level media relations with guidance
• Assist with the development of communications materials, including press releases, factsheets and infographics
• Coordinate the compilation of press clippings and client reports

Requirements of the internship position include English language fluency, good computer, digital and research skills. Basic design capabilities will be an advantage (Adobe photoshop etc). Social Media Management Intern - Roles & Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Intern to manage and create content for the PRISM+ TikTok Channel and other social media platforms when necessary.
• Video Editing: Editing short-form videos with footage captured by the social media team on Adobe Premiere. Camera skills are a bonus, but not necessary.
• On-Screen Talent: May or may not participate as on-screen talent for organic and paid content from time to time.

Measures of success –

In 3 months:

• Get up to speed with the client’s business and competitor landscape for the client’s industry
• Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities
• Familiar yourself with internal processes and way of working of all accounts

In 6 months:

• Working with Business Director in crafting communication plans
• Be able to propose ideas and activities to answer brand challenges, manage client budget and investment strategy across all media platforms

• Drive the client business and lead projects independently along with team
• Staff supervision, training and development as well as serving as a positive role model with a hard work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure high quality standard

Responsibilities of the role:

• Overall strategic approach on the account designed and delivered to meet client’s business objectives and strategies. Oversees the implementation of the annual planning in conjunction with the client team
• Manage all aspects of campaigns and day-to-day needs of the accounts, handling from briefing through reporting. It will include understanding of client’s brief to communication planning, leading meetings with clients, setting viable objectives and KPIs, recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs, monitoring campaign progress and reporting. ,k
• Develop and build relationships with clients, be the trusted advisor on account requirements and work.
• Work with media partners across different platforms for ideation, negotiation and implementation as well as working with internal specialist resources and group resources.

The Assistant Manager, ANIPLUS Café is responsible for day-to-day operations of the F&B and merchandise outlet located at the Esplanade. This role involves managing crew members, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of product quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Merchandising Operations

• To assist in creating attractive merchandise displays and layouts to enhance product visibility.
• To ensure shelve space is being monitored diligently.
• To manage stocks inventory through proper segregation of shelve space, and stock for display in an organized manner.

• Create and execute paid media strategies in Facebook Ads.
