Job Description:

• Primary handling voice incidents escalations
• Configuring and troubleshooting of CUCM, CME, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified CCX, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Voice Gateways (SIP, H323, MGCP)

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations by providing effective operational support to various teams, including Branding and Marketing, Media Solutions and Consumer Revenue, Partnerships and Engagement.
