Havas Media Network Singapore is looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Revenue, Compensation costs and New Business Reports in Magnitude through monthly closing process
- Supervise the preparation of the Budgeted/Forecasts of the Revenue and Compensation costs
- Working closely with the Billing team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Billings and Revenue
- Build strong collaboration with Operational team to supervise and optimize:
- Media ordering timeline (before mid-month M-1) to optimize the media delivery in month M and billing timeline
- Media rebates & Operating discount revenue (being part of the rebate rates & Operating discount discussion/negotiation)
- In collaboration with the CFO, determine a strategy and recommendations to be shared with the Operation Management to optimize the media allocation in order to maximize the Operating discount and Rebates revenue.
- Supervise and monitor client contracts, terms & conditions, audit clauses through a client contract tracker
- Assist Account Directors to determine price proposals by maximizing the profitability of the company and help to provide pitch information
- Maintain solid financial processes for the Media perimeter
- Month-end closing process (revenue closing and revenue accruals preparation, CFO report with analysis and comments of variation vs Budget and Forecast)
- Prepare operational reports on media performance, budget variance explanations, forecasts
- Responsible for improvement of audit results both internal, external and for client audits
- Improve and optimise the systems usage and the process automation
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience with supervisory role preferred, preferably in the service/ professional industry
- Has experience at an external audit firm
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent/relevant degrees
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised with excellent time management skills, able to meet strict deadlines
- Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Committed, highly self-motivated individual who can work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Analytical and possess good problem-solving skills
