Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions

You:

• 8+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Strategy and Community Management
• A passion for the video-sharing ecosystem, digital culture and current online social trends
• A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on social landscape and roll with the changes in a dynamic environment
• Proficient understanding of social media analytics and experience with Sprinklr preferred
• Prior experience with communicating with local and geographically dispersed stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and messaging

Expectations of a Media Executive:

• Develop expertise in media, technology & research tools & platforms
• Have clear understanding of basic cost structure, campaign set-up process & way of buying ad space for different channels - digital (social, programmatic, search, mobile, etc.), print, TV, OOH, radio
• Assist in developing costing and data collection for planning, recommendations or analyses

Job Description:

• Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Responsible for preparing necessary documentation from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts, process including evaluation, comparison, and recommendation.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
• Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director.
• Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
• Provide necessary documentation for preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.

Job Description:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the client, management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract.

• Lead, define and deliver the regional strategic and tactical media (in particular, digital) planning process within Southeast Asia and India.
• As the Planning Lead, own the end-the-end planning and delivery of campaign plans for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with the support of a Planning Manager.
• Understand brand strategy and recommend paid strategies to support their objectives.
• Develop effective and efficient planning strategies across digital channels and campaigns to drive brand, digital and business results, leveraging established global tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop best-in-class digital campaigns and innovation.
• Establish strong partnerships with key local and regional HCP and consumer media owners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve media effectiveness through test-learn-optimise programmes.

• Partner with local buying teams to deliver on media strategies.
• Drive operational excellence across execution and reporting.
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and aligned with clients' objectives.
• Analyse historical campaigns to integrate insights into future campaigns.
• Facilitate & manage all client requests (e.g. plans/spends/reporting, vendors rate cards/media kits, etc.).
• Ensure clear documentation on all communications with all parties.
• Work closely with finance team and IAT Media Lead to report on financial matters.
