Community Programmes and Communications Team Lead
Role Overview
The Community Programmes and Communications Team Lead oversees the end-to-end management of programmes and communications for Clarity Singapore. This includes planning and executing programmes, collaborating with partners, and driving the organisation's communications and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development & Management: Play a key role in the planning, development and execution of all Clarity’s programmes (Clarity Circle, BRAVE & external talks & workshops) including:
- monitoring programme progress by conducting regular reviews, addressing challenges, and making necessary adjustments to meet objectives and deadlines.
- development of high-quality content and materials tailored to the needs of target audiences, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals.
- staying informed about current trends in mental health, spirituality, and community engagement to integrate innovative approaches into programme design.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external partners to conceptualise and facilitate workshops, talks and collaborations; including building relationships with Catholic organisations and Parishes, and other potential collaborators to expand programme reach.
Volunteer Management: Develop and implement a structured volunteer programme.
Communications and Social Media: Oversee social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram, ensuring engaging content and community interactions including development and execution of social media strategy, including content creation, ad campaigns, and analytics tracking.
Project & Management: Assume responsibility for assigned projects & initiatives - coordinating with partners, vendors and service providers where required.
Fundraising: Assist the ED with fundraising initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Two years experience in related capacity
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media, design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut and other communications platforms.
- Passion for mental health advocacy and community outreach.
