Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify social media marketing trends and develop monthly content strategy, produce content for the required platforms, and schedule content in a timely manner

• Tailor content to different platforms and formats (e.g. static image, infographics, animation/GIF, Facebook/Instagram Stories, microvideos, polls, podcasts, live streams and event coverage)

• Ideate new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms and/or any emerging technologies including growth of Company social media platforms and their online presence

• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, and adopt these for future campaigns

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, assess campaign trends, prepare data analysis, and identify growth opportunities for clients

• Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets

•Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.

The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s global online presence, engaging with our audiences, and fostering a positive community around our brands or products. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation and distribution across various online platforms. Additionally, they are tasked with actively engaging our online community to build brand loyalty, drive awareness, and ultimately generate sales and revenue for the company.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions
• Create compelling and shareable content, manage, and maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms
• Schedule and publish content across social media channels
• Stay abreast of industry trends and social media best practices to optimize strategies
• Build relationships and engage with KOLs/ social media influencers for online campaigns
• Foster a positive and inclusive online community, including active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
• Maintain brand integrity and standards in all marketing materials
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage public relations initiatives
• Oversees digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO and online advertising
• Define KPIs and measure the success (ROI) of every social media campaign

Requirements and skills:

• 2-4 years of working experience in social media, marketing, communications
• Diploma or degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Digital Marketing or relevant field
• Demonstrate experience leading and managing social media channels with a successful campaign management track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Social media strategy development: Work with the team to create social media strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
• Social media account management: Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok ensuring all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice.
• Social media advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative, and budget management.
• Analytics: Monitor social media analytics to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Community management: Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices: Continuously research and educate themselves on social media trends, new platforms, and best practices to ensure that the brand's social media presence is effective and relevant.
