JOB SUMMARY
To plan and manage Marketing and Communications initiatives for Thomson Medical Group, Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content that aligns with business goals.
- Develop content strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Technical SEO:
- Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance.
User Tracking, Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Monitor website performance and user behaviour by using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Provide detailed reports on SEO metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement.
Data-Led Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute data-led, 360 marketing campaigns, including PPC and social media ads, to complement organic efforts.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and marketing automation initiatives.
Stay Updated on Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing techniques.
Others:
- Any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer or HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Grade A in English Language (GP or A-Levels).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing, with proven track record of driving significant traffic and conversions through organic and paid efforts. Experience in healthcare or related sector advantageous.
- Proficiency in SEO tools e.g. GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms like ContentStack, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
- Energetic, driven, adaptable, proactive and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
- Graphic design or video editing skills preferred.
