• In general, TDA engineers must be expert level certified in one or more disciplines. Have a broad

  etc.
• The TDA will own the technical delivery of customer solutions and will be the technical interface
  between the customer, product teams and project management during service delivery.
• Close engagement with pre-sales, technically validating solutions proposed are deliverable and all
  technical aspects are clearly defined prior to contract signature. The TDA accepts technical
  ownership of the solution at the point of contract signature.
• Engaging with and supporting pre-sales during contracting, with project management during
  service realization and the training of Service Assurance, through design, delivery and handover
  into lifecycle management.
• Lead customer-facing technical workshops in the delivery phase requiring excellent communication
  with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to all levels of competency.
• 4th Line escalation. Providing support to 3rd line teams for OEM and design related faults.

Minimum qualification & experience

• 8+ years industry background
• Experience & expertise in minimum 2 SDWAN OEMs design & deployments ( Cisco, Versa and Fortinet preferred)
• Expert Level certification ( Equivalent to CCIE) in technologies such as Routing and Switching, Service Provider,
• Application Acceleration and Optimization
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Design related background
• Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge & industry best practices under pressure

• To author the Technical Sections of Proposals for prospective customers and the solution design documents for handover to low level design.
• To participate with sales in winning customer commitment by carrying out specific tasks called for by the sales campaign plan. Generally, this will include presenting the company's technical competence and the customer specific technical solution.
• To validate appropriate order documentation initiated by sales prior to submission to the order desk or in the case of projects, to brief Project Management and Engineering to ensure they are equipped to deliver the solution.
• To provide additional information and advice to Service Delivery and to Operations and answer referrals, during implementation phase of a sold service.
• Where applicable ensuring that customer solutions remain fit for purpose throughout their life cycle by conducting regular customer reviews and initiating appropriate change. To keep the customer aware of emerging technologies, products and services.
• Where applicable work closely with the sales team in the ‘Account Planning/Development’ process and support their understanding of how products and services can be applied in the customer environment.
• Provide product knowledge transfer to other members of the sales organisation to enhance their ability to use products to create customer solutions.

Technical Skills & Experience

• A demonstrated knowledge or awareness of a variety of technologies and cybersecurity topics viz.; SASE, ZTNA, EDR,MDR, UEBA, Threat Analytics etc.;
• Strong domain knowledge in VPNs, SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Native Security functions such as Secure Web Gateways, Cloud Access Security Brokers, Firewalls, Cloud Sandbox, DLP and Zero-trust Network access.
• Technical solutions offered by various OEMs in the market around SDWAN, ZT and SASE. • Network design, SD-WAN, MPLS from edge to cloud, edge to Hub & Spoke & Mesh Architectures.
• Securely automated cloud connectivity as customers transition to SASE.
• Provide Consultation, Design, Architect, Delivery Phase wise Zero Trust Transformation for Customers from present state to future state.
• Deep product and solution knowledge Product positioning, differentiation across solutions, operational characteristics, integration of multiple cross domain platforms
• Lead demo and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Train internal and external customer on latest trends in SASE, Network Security, Zero Trust trends and Framework
• Integration of various Security technologies with SIEM architecture.
