Job Summary:
The Paid Media Manager will play a managing role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through strategic paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, particularly within the tech, finance, cryptocurrency and fintech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the fintech industry and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the global & local markets.
- Responsible for account strategies on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Google UAC, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok, DSP etc.) with considerable budget and explore different ad formats to optimize the performance.
- Set OKRs, KPIs and goals for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and generate campaign performance reports with team members regularly.
- Deep dive into the global markets, identify opportunities to optimize funnels, increase campaign & paid media channels effectiveness and lift incrementality.
- Work closely with other marketing teams, including content, partners, KOL, campaigns, and social media, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target specific audience segments effectively.Collaborate with data team, product managers and cross functional partners to implement and upgrade growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels.
- Proven experience in paid media management, preferably within the media agency or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, app annie, apps flyer etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong data analytical, reporting, project management, and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in China.
