As a Communications and Engagement Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Make an Impact

• Creating Engaging Communications: Plan and prepare various forms/modes of communications (eDMs, newletters, videos, etc.) to raise employee awareness and engagement about new initiatives, upcoming events, and to take action for personal health.
• Supporting Well-being Initiatives: Assist in the implementation of well-being programs and policies that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Event Logistics Coordination: Provide logistical support for both virtual and in-person events such as webinars, the annual Singtel Group Learning Fiesta, Race Against Cancer, World Mental Health Day, and various on-site well-being activities.
• Tracking Participation Metrics: Monitor utilization and participation statistics across various communication channels and events to assess engagement levels.
• Enhancing Intranet Content: Collaborate with the well-being team to improve benefits and well-being pages on the intranet, contributing insights for policy enhancements as needed.
• Research Contribution: Review external research and integrate new insights into our well-being programs, proposing suitable interventions for implementation.
• Award Application Support: Work alongside the well-being team to prepare submissions for various external awards.

Skills for Success

• Currently be pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Communications or a related field.
• Have experience with various content creation tools, and have produced content with impact for different target groups.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Head of Marketing & Communications and other departments, ensuring clear communication and coordination of tasks.
• Take ownership of our Trello Board to organise and prioritise marketing demands, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.
• Manage social media platforms, including responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement a social media content calendar, focusing on bridging gaps between religious content and promotional efforts for religious programs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Communications to identify and leverage opportunities for engaging content and community outreach.
• Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing communications and social media management.
• Provide administrative support to the unit, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing email correspondence.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication strategies.

Secondary Duties:

• Promote and support innovative and creative ways to generate income including fundraising initiatives and external funding via grants and sponsorship to ensure the ongoing sustainability of the unit and projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Integrated Marketing) - Public Relations and Communications (Institutional) will play a key role in building and safeguarding the reputation of the Gallery by driving strategic communications and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government entities, and institutional partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and execute the Public Relations strategy in alignment with the Gallery's mission and objectives, including enhancing brand awareness, online and offline visitation to the Gallery, and ensuring consistency across all communications.
