About The Role

The VR/Educational Media Developer reports directly to the AV manager. The role of VR/Educational Media Developer is to develop VR projects on VR headsets, native application-based and web-based AR/VR experience to support learning and teaching. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Alignment

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to enhance customer, vendor, and rider experiences
• Align social media goals with service initiatives to maintain consistency in communication and messaging across all channels

Customer Engagement

• Manage social media interactions by responding to inquiries (where needed), resolving complaints, and fostering positive relationships through meaningful conversations
• Oversee online communities to encourage engagement and maintain a positive brand sentiment
• Work closely and manage performance metrics for the regional customer service team to ensure they are always equipped with adequate knowledge and resources to resolve any concerns that may arise

Monitoring & Insights

• Monitor social media channels for feedback, ensuring prompt responses to issues and queries
• Track and analyze customer sentiment, comments, and feedback to provide actionable insights for improving products, services, and experiences

Crisis Management

• Act as the first point of contact for social media crises or escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution

Collaboration & Integration

• Partner with marketplace experience leadership to refine strategies that enhance customer, vendor, and rider journeys across social platforms

Role Description

This is a social media management internship located in Singapore. The candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting the community management team with account management across all our international clients and agency partners for projects.

• Global Market Strategy Formulation:

Develop and implement targeted digital media marketing strategies based on regional market characteristics to enhance brand awareness and market share. Focus on utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and little red book for global promotion, particularly in Southeast Asia and other overseas markets.

• Cross-Cultural Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with the supply chain team in Mainland China and Shanghai LOWA TECH Co., Ltd to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Gain a deep understanding of Chinese market trends and consumer demands, leveraging cross-cultural skills to facilitate seamless communication among all parties.

• Business Travel and Supplier Management:

Occasionally travel to various regions in China for business negotiations. Establish and maintain good relationships with Mainland suppliers to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with global marketing strategies.

• Social Media and Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) on CHINA Mainland social media platforms (such as Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, and little red book ) to promote brands and products. Develop social media marketing strategies tailored to the Mainland market to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Data Analysis and Optimization:

Use data analysis tools such as Power BI to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities across platforms. Adjust strategies based on data feedback to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Creative Design and Visual Presentation:

Proficiently use design software such as Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI). Create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials to attract different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum a degree in Mass Communication / Advertising / Marketing
• Cultural Insight and Cross-Cultural Communication: Have a deep understanding of Chinese culture and be proficient in cross-cultural communication, able to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with Mainland supply chain teams and international teams.

As the Paid Media Lead, you are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for paid media channels, in close collaboration with the global and regional Strategy & Planning team. Your role involves creating a data-driven paid media strategy with your media agency to maximize marketing budget and regional growth, driven by global guidelines. You will work closely with Customer Activation & Marketing teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimization, and performance measurement across various paid media channels.​
