The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s global online presence, engaging with our audiences, and fostering a positive community around our brands or products. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content creation and distribution across various online platforms. Additionally, they are tasked with actively engaging our online community to build brand loyalty, drive awareness, and ultimately generate sales and revenue for the company.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions
- Create compelling and shareable content, manage, and maintain the company’s presence on various social media platforms
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels
- Stay abreast of industry trends and social media best practices to optimize strategies
- Build relationships and engage with KOLs/ social media influencers for online campaigns
- Foster a positive and inclusive online community, including active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
- Maintain brand integrity and standards in all marketing materials
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage public relations initiatives
- Oversees digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO and online advertising
- Define KPIs and measure the success (ROI) of every social media campaign
Requirements and skills:
- 2-4 years of working experience in social media, marketing, communications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Digital Marketing or relevant field
- Demonstrate experience leading and managing social media channels with a successful campaign management track record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
