Wachsman is seeking a Consultant for immediate hire at its Asia Headquarters in Singapore, preferably with 4 to 5 years' experience at a similar consultancy/agency.

The following is expected of the right candidate:

Account management

• Provides the central coordination for client work, managing up and down within the team.
• Keeps track of delivery against agreed plans, KPIs and timelines.
• Demonstrates strong project management skills, developing client plans in line with scope of work.
• Capable of providing a 6 to 12-month forward focus or looking ahead for impacts on project work.
• Proactively manages and leads projects within the client scope of work with limited supervision.
• Supports and ensures junior members of the team are clearly briefed and able to deliver activities within agreed time frames.

Client relationship development

• Builds strong and trusted relationships with opposite numbers in client organisation and is able to respond to senior client requests.
• Shows sound judgement and confidence in client interaction.
• Bases decisions and advice on in-depth understanding of the client’s business, sector and audiences.
• Contributes to strong client retention through results delivery, anticipating needs and opportunity spotting.
• Identifies and preempts issues and develops plans to defuse them. Is able to represent WACHSMAN effectively in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits: Accompany sales representatives to site visits, providing logistical and administrative support.
• Sales Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
• Project Coordination: Follow up with the operations supervisor to ensure smooth project execution.
• Marketing: Create, edit, and post engaging TikTok videos to enhance brand presence.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory records for efficient stock management.
• Presentations: Develop compelling PowerPoint slides for client presentations and internal meetings.
• Customer Service Reports: Draft detailed reports to document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain historical project records for future reference.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with video editing tools and social media platforms, especially TikTok.

Client team lynch-pin

• Acts as the lynch-pin for account co-ordination.
• Takes responsibility for coordinating client status and reporting, minuting meetings and tracking actions, taking responsibility for weekly client WIP reports and leading on development of evaluation reports where required.

Responsibilities

The student will be assisting our event managers to coordinate, plan and execute events and exhibition. They will undergo in-house and on-the-job training. Each of the students will be attached to an event manager as their mentor and they will be guided through from coordinating with suppliers,
assisting with registration & rsvp, preparation of materials for events, on-site registration, ushering, traffic marshals and stage management.

Requirements

- Passionate about events and able to work in a fast pace and high-pressure environment
- Well organized and efficient
- Good spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Interact effectively with individuals of all levels
- Able to consistently meet deadlines
