Social Media Account Management:

• Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, XHS, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain audience engagement.

Strategy Development:

• Plan and execute social media strategies to meet brand and marketing objectives, including audience growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with broader business goals.

Agency Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for social media and creative agencies.
• Brief agencies on content requirements, campaigns, and objectives.
• Review and approve content from agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with agencies for timely delivery of assets and campaign execution.

Content Creation & Planning:

• Develop creative, high-quality content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

Content Shoots:

• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Provide support for unexpected or miscellaneous tasks
• Assist with internal and external events, promotions, and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including analytics and advertising tools.
• Experience liaising with creative or social media agencies.
• Hands-on experience with content creation, including photography, videography, and editing.
