About the role

The Media Activation team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Search, Social, Display, and Video, owning supplier relationships, and then executing those recommendations expertly. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), with experience in community management and customer engagement.
• Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social/digital connection with stakeholders

• Leads the identification, formulation and launching of optimized online/social advertisements to increase the company’s brand awareness across digital and social assets.

Requirement:
