Administrative Duties

• Assist ECommerce team in administrative duties

Job Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Comms, Social Media and Branding

· Undertake editorial and production tasks including editing, writing, and producing in alignment with ASME’s communications strategies. This includes the production of e-newsletters, annual reports, publications, speeches, media releases, etc.

· Produce and post digital content for ASME’s social media accounts.

· Ensure and maintain brand consistency for all company materials and collaterals.

Stakeholder Relations

· Support and/or organise stakeholder initiatives such as corporate visits, focus group meetings and dialogues, etc.

· Provide logistical and administrative support for events such as Council Meetings and AGM and Media Relations

Event Comms

ServiceNow, is seeking an experienced Communications professional to support and drive an integrated communications approach across the APAC sub-region of Asia (primary focus Singapore) with close integration to the Global Communications, Asia Sales and Marketing teams.
