Job Purpose:

The Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Sustainability & Communications, will play an integral role in fostering collaboration and synergy between business groups (BGs) and key stakeholders to advance purpose-driven sustainability initiatives and impactful communications. The role will support sustainability reporting/disclosures, stakeholder engagement, and the development of targeted communications strategies aimed at enhancing the Group’s recognition as a leader in sustainability, as well as its positioning as the preferred business partner and customer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability:

· Build and maintain close communication with Sustainability leadership and team members across the Business Groups (BGs).

· Act as a point of contact between BGs to ensure alignment of directions, expectations, communications and effective knowledge sharing.

· Support benchmarking exercises, provide recommendations for improving sustainability practices in line with global and industry benchmarks.

· Assist in sustainability reporting and disclosure activities for various business groups.

Communications:

· Collaborate closely with business group communications teams to identify target audiences and develop integrated communications plans across different channels and segments that align with the company’s business objectives.

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement communication plans that promote sustainability programme

· Support media engagement strategies, analyse media coverage, and provide insights to inform communications strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Communications, or a relevant field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or communications in a corporate setting.

· Experience in forestry, palm oil, or resource-based commodities is preferred.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and lead the design of highly creative graphics or 3D Events/Exhibition designs.
• Work closely with the Creative Manager and other designers in the team in conjuring up creative art direction according to client's design identity or specification.
• Design graphics visuals (2D), digital media or 3D that meet guidelines required by our clients in the delivery of event and marketing solutions
• a) Design creative collaterals for marketing campaigns. Creatives include branding and campaign posters, event logos, out-of-the-box invitation cards, stage backdrops, marketing collaterals, banners, visual displays, web pages, brochures and many other forms of visual communication;
• b) Create captivating motion graphics as part of the event campaigns to draw attention towards the event or campaigns
• c) Create realistic and creative 3D concepts of events/exhibitions to win pitches in both private and public events
• Work closely with the operation team to ensure the successful delivery of all required design elements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in relevant field of studies
• Possess at least 1-5 years related experience in design field preferably relating to Marketing/MICE/Exhibition/Events field
• Highly proficiency in relevant graphic design tools such as 3D Max, Rhino, Vray, Photoshop, Autocas, Illustrator, Canvas, Freehand and other related software
• Great teamwork and working attitude.

Job role: Content & Communications Assistant

Report to: Group Communications Director, APAC

JOB OVERVIEW:

This newly created role is an opportunity to make your mark in a fast paced and vibrant environment with a wide range of marketing, content and communication needs.

The right candidate will have autonomy to create beautiful and engaging assets to be used across all mediums from presentations, to social media, to print and merchandise. As well as drafting internal communications such as newsletters and updates, and using your creativity to plan engaging events for staff and clients.

In addition, you will work closely with the APAC Group Communications Director to create unity and engagement among the full suite of Howden businesses in Asia specifically with a communications and DE&I focus.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other marcomms resources in the region to ensure information is shared and the brand is uniformly represented externally.

ROLE ANALYSIS:

The role purpose is to support the APAC Group Communications Director to;

§ Develop engaging communications across a wide range of channels both internally and externally.

§ Promote the adoption of Group led communications and initiaitves across all Howden Group business in the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Work closely with Communications & Marketing resources to execute the Communications plan for Howden Asia

§ Assist in creating & formatting Broker Presentations, Internal Communications, Webinars and a range of print and digital materials across the Asia Pacific region.

§ Assist in internal & external event management

§ Use your demonstrated creative flair to develop engaging communications for both internal & external audiences

§ Champion collaboration accross the region

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

§ Design experience using Canva and/or InDesign

§ Adavnced PowerPoint skills highly regarded
