Job Description:

• Main caregiver of two twin boys age 4 (born 2020)
• Taking care of the children on a daily basis
• Taking note of the wellbeing of the children
• Tutoring the Children for enhanced language skills (speaking, writing and reading) through activities
• Researching and planning of after school / holiday activities for the children
• Teaching and working with the helpers on the daily routine of the children
• Teaching the children good table manners and ensure they establish a good eating habit
• Teaching and guiding the children basic independent skills such as tidying up, teeth brushing, showering, changing clothes, etc.
• Travel with the family on their overseas holiday (fees all inclusive)

Requirements:

• Background in Childcare or Early Childhood Education preferred
• At least 3 years of teaching experience / childcare experience
• Must have experience in teaching Mandarin to toddlers age 3-7
• Positive, cheery and responsible personality
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Detail oriented, proactive and a self starter

Working hours: Monday to Friday 11am to 8pm; Saturday is 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong partnerships with business team leads and engage stakeholders in financial planning and analysis activities.
• Provide ongoing support, address financial queries, and ensure accuracy in accrual models and accounting activities.
• Oversee the company incentive scheme, understanding design, data inputs, and accounting impact.
• Lead the accounting team in managing month-end and quarterly activities across the group of companies.
• Monitor actual spend against budget, take corrective actions for shortfalls, and generate monthly financial reports.
• Manage collections, generate cashflow forecasts, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents for annual processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis, with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Advantageous to have internal audit, controls, and compliance experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Autocount and Quickbooks software.
• Experience in Project Accounting is a must
