Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
Liaise with M&E Consultants
Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory /authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Project Management and sites supervision works.
Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing rail infrastructure.
Holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM with full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP process.
Experience in coordination with System Wide Contractors (SWC) for Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP), CCSM, etc.
Logical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous.

Plan and control the delivery of project design to ensure the achievement of quality, completion and project objectives.
Select and engage, then monitor the performance of external design partners within the discipline including their deliverables, cost and timeframes.
Manage the design approval process in accordance with project requirements and program
Prepare budgets and schedules of design delivery for management approval then manage and report the cost of design delivery in the project life cycle.
Manage design to ensure the cost of the works meets project requirements.
Manage and review milestone deliverables from the Design Consultants to ensure the compliance and adherence to project schedule, scope and Design Brief, Stakeholders’ requirements and comments, statutory codes and regulations, and company guidelines.
Obtain, review and consolidate Stakeholders’ feedbacks on stage deliverables, and relay such feedbacks as directives to Consultants.
Manage client and stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
Supervise the work of subordinate design and drafting staff to ensure project requirements are met.
Select and develop design management staff within the project by providing leadership and mentoring to ensure their design management competencies.
Understand design compliance and reporting procedures and processes and leadership in the communication of requirements.
Foster the interaction between design and construction teams to maximise innovation and project success.
Job Requirement:
Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in the construction industry with 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures of building related projects
Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and able to foster collaboration
