We are looking for an experienced digital marketer and content creator to join our Communications & Partnerships team. The incumbent will report to the Head of Communications & Partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage social media platforms.
• Create digital content.
• Perform social media and web analytics.
• Act as event photographer for corporate events.
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely roll out of marketing content.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or other equivalent
• At least three years of work experience as a digital marketer and content creator
• Experienced in working in the social service sector is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus)
• Displayed competencies in social media marketing and web content writing

Responsibilities:

delivery platforms and TV for all brands

· Assists all brands operations in “live” delivery/technical/disputes

resolutions

· Liaise with all delivery platforms on delivery/technical/promotions

· Co-ordinate on delivery refunds checking

· Application of new delivery platforms for new outlets

· Ad-hoc reconciliation or marketing post-mortem reports

· Support outlet supervisors and managers in ensuring smooth daily
