We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager that is able to lead a small team in managing end-to-end financial processes. He/she should be knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting and ensuring compliance with financial procedures are met while liaising with external auditors and tax consultants. This role manages both the financial operations and also accounting functions required.

Do note that this is a fully onsite role, based in our Singapore HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage a team to oversee end-to-end financial processes, including payments, collections, month-end, and year-end account closing activities.

- Follow arrangements and company standard procedure.

- Safely transporting audio visual equipment to specified locations in a timely manner.

- Assisting with the loading unloading packing and setup of TV and speakers.

- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing / fines.

- Ensuring safe driving at all times and not tail-gating vehicles in order to avoid accidents and damages to the delivery vehicle.

- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.

- Reporting any accidents and vehicle damage to management.

- Good working attitude and communication skills

- Able to work OT

- Setup TV

- Setup Speakers and other AV equipment

- Lay cables in a neat manner

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all communications and enquiries from current parents and internal staff.
• Manage school supplies, inventory, research, ordering, invoicing, deliveries, etc.
• Assist in open house events.
• Coordinate student transport arrangements (daily and field trips).
• Liaise with external providers for arranging Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs).
• Keeping a tidy reception area for welcoming guests.
