Job tasks as follows :

- Arrange sales appointments with new prospects

- Maintain Client relationship by following up with existing

clients and update them on new developments in the

company.

- Admin work

Scope of Services

(a) Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents

(b) Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:

Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

Request forms and stationery for staff use;

(c) Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition:

(d) Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the

serviceman;

(e) To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and

repairing of photocopier machines;

Qualifications:

a. Able to speak and read English;

b. Candidate should preferably have experience" in printing and

administration duties;

Working Arrangement:

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4.30pm

Fridays: 7am to 4pm

1 hour lunch

(Services not required on weekeds and gazetted holidays)

Salary: $2400-$2500/Month

· Introducing related hardware AV, Pro Audio and IT products to customers and answering any of their questions regarding the products

· Track sales activities and reports

· Responsible for the sales and marketing of the company’s products

· Drive up the sales of Pro Audio/AV related products to customers

· Maintaining and expanding new and existing customer base

· Analyze market/competitors in the same business sector

· Document visitation activities, leads, opportunities, and projects

Qualifications

· Min. 3 years experience in AV/ Electronic / IT related products

· Proven experience delivering results

· A positive & creative personality and a natural team player

· Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must

· Good Presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

· Possess Driving license and own vehicle is a must

· Willingness to learn & Positive attitude
