Working Hours: 5/6 days per week including both weekends

Job Scope:

• Cashiering duties
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

We are seeking a dynamic Graphic/Social Media Designer to be part of a dynamic team. You will be designing a wide variety of work across digital and offline media, including posting contents on social media platforms, and will also be responsible for designing and posting original content on online/social media platforms. You should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

To be successful as our Graphic/Social Media Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies. Ultimately, you should be computer literate, highly organized, and able both independently and as a team member.

Graphic/Social Media Designer Responsibilities:

· Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

· Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style

· Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

· Work and Coordinating with internal teams, clients as well as external agencies and partners

· Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

· Communicating with clients about concept, layout and design.

· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

· Producing content to be posted online.

· Increasing traffic and appealing to target audiences.

· Creating posts, pages, and applications to attract customers.

· Using programming skills to build pages and applications.

· Measuring key performance indicators.

Graphic/Social Media Designer Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in graphic design or computer sciences.

· Good communication skills.

· Creativity and graphic design skills.

· Must be self-motivated.

· Be able to produce original ideas.

· Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

· Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video editing softwares etc

· A strong eye for visual composition.

· Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

· Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

· Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

· Experience with computer-aided design.

· Proficiency in Marketing disciplines will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning and Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and adhere to deadlines and financial parameters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align event objectives with overall business goals.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive pricing and ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection and booth set-ups.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and liabilities.

On-Site Event Management:

• Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise on-site staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events promptly and effectively.

Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess event success and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
• Analyze attendee feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.

Requirements

• Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the events industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Knowledge of event management software and technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for project assignments.
