Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Game Development, Computer Science, or related real-time interactive application development with minimum 3 years of working experience in VR and possess a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in programming languages blueprint, C++ and C#.
• Familiar with game/VR development applications such as Unity3D and Unreal Engine.
• Familiar with other VR tools such as Oculus SDK, Web VR/XR.
• Familiar with VR hardware such as Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of 3D modelling tool such as Blender and Adobe Creation Cloud.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Job Title: Event Operation Executive (Contract Based)

- Availability: February to March (2-Month Contract)

- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am – 6.30pm (5 days work week)

- Location: People’s Park Centre (Chinatown)

Responsibilities

- Plan & manage all logistical aspects of our events, including inventory, transportation, catering, staff, stage, etc

- Manage procurement and budget for events ensuring best price/service obtained

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors/contractors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution

- Collection of all necessary forms from vendors for submissions to relevant authorities

- Handle and ensure all business licensing and permits (e.g. SFA license, Liquor license) and ensure compliance of license are valid and/or adhered at all times.

- Assist in venue setup & teardown during the event

- Assist in all on-site operations during the event days

- Assist in other events operations and provide general administration for the team

Qualifications

- Min Diploma in Events Management/Logistics or related fields

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management is preferred

- Fresh graduates with prior event experience (e.g school-related events) are welcomed

- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and display a willingness to learn

- Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive self-starter capable of working autonomously

- Able to commence work within short notice

- 2 month contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture effective client relationships, ensuring client needs are consistently met with timely and appropriate responses.
• Communicate clearly with clients about roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and status to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee end-to-end event operations, including venue sourcing, securing third-party costs, and on-site event management.
• Guide the development, writing and presentation of project proposals, schedules, and plans to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to maintain the integrity and quality of work.
• Support the agency’s growth by contributing to new business acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an event, marketing, or creative agency; or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field.
• A curious mindset with deep interest in culture and a passion for experiential marketing.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to last-minute changes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Keynote, and related software tools.
