Temporary Event Crew
Date: 17 - 19 February
Time: 11am - 7pm
Venue: MBS Convention Hall
Attire: White top, dark colured jeans/pant & covered shoes
Roles:
1. Management Office - In-charge of managing the PA system (temps must have loud and clear voice as you will be required to announce the day’s activities over the PA system)
2. Self Registration Counter - Tasked to manage visitors' who have pre-registered on-line.
3. Pre-Registration Counter - To assist with one-site visitors with registration forms
4. Entry/Exit - Tasked to scan visitors' entry/exit passes
5. Booth Attendant - Provide assistance at exhibitor's booth (basic sales experience as you will be task to promote selling of magazines)
6. Exhibitor Lounge - Assist at exhibitos' resting area
7. Paid training will be provided
8. Must be able to commit to all 3 days of the event
