Job Descriptions:
· Equipment Inspection: Inspect equipment or systems prior to installation to ensure they meet specifications and are in proper working condition.
· Site Assessment: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate installation requirements, including space constraints, installation method, and safety considerations.
· Installation Supervision: Lead installation teams, providing guidance and direction to technicians to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
· Assembly and Configuration: Assemble and configure materials according to clients requirments and technical specifications, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.
· Testing and Commissioning: Conduct tests and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and performance of installed part, troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies as needed.
· Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure installations meet company standards and customer requirements, conducting inspections and audits throughout the installation process.
· Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards during installation activities, promoting a culture of safety among installation teams.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation of materials used, work performed, and any deviations from the original plan. Prepare reports for project managers and clients as required.
· Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceed expectations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
· Working Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
· Skills & Attributes: Quick learner with a passion & creative, strong analytical and design abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Technical Proficiency: Skilled in installation.
· Willing to work outside and able to work longer hours.
