Pre-Show/Event Opening:

• Coordinate venue preparations in advance of show/event openings, including site planning, permitting, pre-construction, utilities, and vendor procurement for docents, security, local management, and cleaning.

During Show/Event:

• Provide support to onsite staff to ensure the maintenance of high levels of customer service.
• Support continuous training for staff members and oversee staff management activities.
• Support the maintenance of show site facilities, including electrical, network, ACMV, and rooms handed over by venue partner.
• Exercise budget control measures throughout the duration of the show/event project.
