About the Marketing Team and Role

The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in this mission by crafting compelling

and engaging content to recruit persons with disabilities and students with

tailored assistance to join our transformative programmes. Simultaneously, we

aim to inspire corporate professionals and key decision-makers to support our

cause actively.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

 Craft Compelling Stories: Assist the Director of Marketing in developing

engaging narratives that showcase the successes and unique stories of

individuals with disabilities who have benefited from our programmes.

 Collateral Design: Design visually compelling collateral, including

brochures, posters, and digital materials, to support our outreach and

communication efforts.

 Targeted Recruitment Content: Create content specifically designed to

attract persons with disabilities to join our initiatives, emphasizing the

positive impact of inclusivity.

 Corporate Advocacy: Develop persuasive content aimed at corporate

professionals and key decision-makers, highlighting the business and

social benefits of supporting our cause.

Learning Objectives

Must-have Competencies, Skills & Knowledge

 Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in marketing and mass

communication or related studies.

 Working experience (Internship included) in marketing, social media, or

related fields with the following experiences.

 Experience in copywriting and communications design.

 Experience in social media communication and content creation.

 Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

 Having some experience in design will be a strong plus (Photoshop,
