The Sabre LGS (Lodging, Ground & Sea) team drives innovation in lodging, ground transportation, and sea travel within Sabre's global distribution business. Focused on creating a seamless end-to-end travel marketplace, the team enables travel providers to manage and distribute content efficiently, helping them connect with quality travelers and meet evolving market demands. What you’ll be doing?
Sabre LGS is seeking a dynamic individual to lead its Supply and Digital Media Services in the APAC region. This role focuses on building strong relationships with regional and global hotel chains to accelerate Sabre’s digital media services growth while managing hotel supply for Sabre's LGS portfolio. This position plays a critical role in advancing Sabre's advertising technology and digital media solutions within the travel industry, specifically targeting hotel supplier customers.
You will act as a bridge between internal teams—including product management, marketing communications, sales, and third-party partners—to ensure alignment and execution of market-driven strategies. By combining technical expertise with strong business acumen, the role will drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Sabre's digital media offerings. Additionally, you will focus on managing and expanding hotel supply partnerships, ensuring optimal utilization and value delivery through Sabre’s GDS network.
This is an individual contributor role but comes with high visibility and accountability for delivering business results, requiring strong leadership and project management capabilities to influence and drive outcomes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional and global hotel chains to ensure a robust and diverse hotel supply within Sabre's LGS portfolio.
· Identify and onboard new hotel suppliers to the Sabre platform, collaborating with internal teams to streamline integration and ensure a seamless supplier experience.
· Optimize hotel supply by identifying and addressing gaps in content, availability, and competitiveness to maximize value for customers and drive revenue growth.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on hotel distribution systems, providing insights to internal stakeholders and aligning supply strategies with market demands.
· Digital Media Services: Drive market awareness and adoption of Sabre’s digital media services products within the LGS portfolio of hotel customers.
· Develop and execute product campaigns and go-to-market strategies, including internal communications, sales enablement, and external promotions. Collaborate with third-party partners as needed.
· Equip the sales team with tools to communicate key messages, address market challenges, identify target prospects, and support strategic sales opportunities. This includes developing collateral, presentations, and tailored demonstrations for different audiences.
· Gather customer testimonials, case studies, and references to strengthen Sabre’s market position.
· Analyze market trends, buyer personas, and customer behaviors to inform product strategy and participate in relevant industry events.
· Monitor product adoption through its lifecycle, identifying opportunities for consulting, cross-selling, and upselling.
Qualifications And Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in hotel supply management, digital marketing, client management, or account management within the hospitality or travel industries.
· In-depth knowledge of hotel distribution systems, customer segmentation, and audience targeting techniques.
· Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and key performance metrics.
· Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, customer segmentation, and audience targeting techniques.
Preferred Skills:
· Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Demandbase and Tableau.
· Experience with B2B SaaS solutions in the hospitality sector.
· Proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages for APAC market engagement is advantageous.
